The Halloween Spirit Hits Los Santos

Halloween 2025 has taken over Southern San Andreas, and things are getting truly terrifying in GTA Online. Rockstar Games has just launched one of its most chilling Halloween events yet. It’s packed with UFO encounters, returning zombie modes, and massive rewards.

Throughout October, players will experience bizarre transformations, limited-time discounts, and spooky collectibles. Whether you’re in it for chaos, costumes, or cold hard GTA$, there’s always something happening in Los Santos this month.

Double Rewards: Earn 2X GTA$ and RP on Bunker Sell Missions.

Discounts: Get 30% off Bunkers and spooky rides like the LCC Sanctus and Albany Lurcher.

Freebies: Unlock Halloween Masks and the Mid-Autumn Festival’s Red Yeti Fall Cap.

New “Ramius Submarine” Slasher Mode

Get ready to hold your breath, literally. The new Ramius Slasher Mode traps you in a dark submarine filled with danger at every corner. The Slasher begins each round with a shotgun, while hunted players only have flashlights. After three minutes, the tables turn, and the hunters become the hunted.

This eerie underwater mode is available October 16–22, offering 2X GTA$ and RP.

💡 Tip: Stick together with teammates to increase your chances of survival. Since visibility is low, coordination is key — panic is your biggest enemy.

Zombie Survivals Return

Meanwhile, two fan-favorite zombie modes rise from the grave this October.

  • Cayo Perico Survival (Oct 2–8): Fight zombie DJs, juggernauts, and possessed animals on the party island.
  • Ludendorff Cemetery Survival (Oct 23–Nov 5): Face endless waves of undead in a snow-covered graveyard — now with Triple Rewards.

In addition, players who want to create their own undead arena can now use the Survival Creator tool. It allows you to add Island Zombie Shamblers and Runners. To get started, check Rockstar’s official creator guideAttachment.tiff.

Classic Adversary Modes Make a Comeback

Every week this month, GTA Online rotates its returning Halloween Adversary Modes — all offering Double Rewards (and 4X for GTA+ Members). Therefore, it’s the perfect time to revisit old favorites or test your skills in new environments.

The Vinewood Undead Collection

Furthermore, completing the first three weeks of October’s Weekly Challenges unlocks the Vinewood Undead Collection. This pack includes the Slasher Clown Outfit, Please Stop Me Mask, Vinewood Zombie Tee, and Skulls Livery for the Mammoth Avenger.

Each Weekly Challenge also awards GTA$200,000 and exclusive masks — ranging from the Brown Vintage Zombie to the Gray Hooded Skull Mask.

Halloween Community Series

Finally, the Community Series joins the Halloween celebration with haunted racetracks, costumed deathmatches, and eerie obstacle courses from creators like shERVERA1980, Trixx74, and Mr_Kevson.

If you’re a GTA+ Member, don’t miss your free Canis Terminus Patrol Vehicle at the Vinewood Car Club (available until October 8). Also, make sure to check out Red Dead Redemption’s Undead Nightmare, now live in the GTA+ Games Library.
